I got it really quick, way sooner than I thought it would arrive.

The scent was nice enough at first, like decent, but it didn’t really stick around for long. After a little while, I could barely smell it anymore

I wanted to like it, but the texture is just okay. It has this kind of sticky feel that makes something feel a little off when I use it

I don’t usually put much stock in all the shiny company wording about “great value” and all that, but in this case it actually felt fair. The price was good for what I got, and I’d say it was worth the money.

The box showed up a little dented, but thankfully everything inside was fine. I do think it could’ve been packed a bit better though. Nothing major, it just felt.....

I’ve ordered from Aqua Aura Beauty twice now, and both times I had that quick “okay, this seems legit” feeling. Tracking worked without any weird issues, the packaging looked clean and neat, and everything showed up just fine. Nothing about it felt sketchy, so yeah, I’d definitely buy from them again.

Ordering was easy and the product looked nice when it came in. I really wanted to like it, but after using it my skin got a little red and irritated. Could just be my skin type honestly. Not a bad product or anything, just probly not one I’d buy again.

I returned it and they got it sorted quickly. Had my money back sooner than I expected, so no complaints.

I had a little issue with my order, nothing too dramatic, but enough that I figured I should probably message them and see what could be done. I was expecting to wait a while or get some kind of generic response, but they got back to me quickly, which was a nice surprise. The person I spoke with was friendly, easy to deal with, and didn’t make the whole thing feel like a hassle. They just listened, understood what the issue was, and got it sorted without turning it into a big back-and-forth. It was better customer service than I expected, and little things like that make a big difference. I’d definitely feel comfortable ordering from them again.

I used the serum and moisturizer for about three weeks, mostly before bed. My skin definitely felt softer, and the dry spots around my cheeks started to calm down quite a bit. It wasn’t instant or anything, I mean, it didn’t change overnight, but after a little while I noticed my skin had a nicer, healthier-looking glow.
The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the moisturizer can feel a little heavy if I put on too much. But overall, I was pleasantly surprised. The products worked better than I thought they would, and thankfully they didn’t make me break out

I’m picky about what I put on my skin, and this one feels nice. The ingredients don’t seem cheap or super harsh, and when I checked the label it looked clean to me, which I always apprciate.
I’ve been using it for a bit now and my skin feels calm, not tight or stripped after. Nothing too fancy to say lol, just feels like a good quality product and I’m happy with it so far.
